Kann Panel nicht installieren - Fehler 503 und Json

Hallo,
versuche vergeblich das Panel für kirby 3.8 zu installieren. Bekomme dabei immer die Meldung “Fehler 503” und " The JSON response could not be parsed". Mehr Fehlermeldungen bekomme ich nicht.

Ich verwende dazu ein synology NAS mit php 8.0 und apache 2.4.

Was ist zu tun?

Danke im Voraus!

Dieter

Are there any errors in the console or the network tab?

Have you made sure your server fulfill all requirements?

On a side note, this forum is in English.

Thanx for the answer and sorry for the german language.

The only error message in the console is; GEThttps://192.168.178.120/missing
(My address for the panel installation is “https://192.168.178.120/steinfestival/panel/installation”)

I think my server fulfills all requirements but i am not 100% certain about this. The apache 2.4 is running and php 8.0 has all plugins active.

Any Ideas?

Ciao!

Dieter

Does the frontend work (including all links to subpages)?

yes, it works perfect

Could you please:

  1. Provide the output of phpinfo()
  2. Check your server error logs
  3. Check if the panel assets were correctly copied to the /media folder, should look like this

Hello and thanx for the quick answer.

The Panel assets are correct in the media folder.
The output of the phhinfo you can find in the attached file. And i don’t know how to read the apach error log.

Any ideas what’s going wrong?

Ciao!

Dieter

Ok, back to zero.

The required extensions all seem to be present.

What exactly are you trying to install? A fresh Starterkit or your own project?

a fresh starterkit

Have you double checked if you copied all files from he starter kit over? Also hidden files such as .htaccess?

Have you made any changes to the Starterkit yet?

What happens if you close the “Json response error” message?

Do you have any other sites installed on the NAS?

Your Apache configuration should contain information where it stores the server logs.

Hello and thanks for the replies.

I didn’t made any changes to the starterkit, but my mistake has been in the installation process.
I extracted the zip file local and copied then all to the NAS. (i thought it’s quicker than doing it on the NAS)

Now i transfered the zip to the NAS and, until now, everything is working fine.

Sorry for the waste of time!

Dieter
