Issues with Serbian cyrillic transliteration in URL Apendix

Is there a way to modify how the cyrillic letters are being transliterated?

I got this issue:

For example there is no letter “j” in URL-Appendix. Than letter ч ор ж are translitterated as ch or zh which is very unusual in Serbian - it has to be plain “c” or “z”.
