Not sure if anyone has encountered this issue. But when I was trying to upload those images (in the first screenshot) you can see the issue.
I checked the server permissions and the folders/files permissions are correct. The file uploads successfully to the content directory. it’s just the media directory that was having issues. it’s a thumbnail generation issue. And inside the folder has .jobs folders some json files were created for all sizes of images but somehow the image wasn’t moved there.
