Site markup changes caching

Hi all -

I’ve got a site that was working fine locally, but as soon as displayed remotely no changes show if made in anything that affects the markup (so the html or php). Any changes to css or directly in the content files show immediately, but thats it. My cache is disabled, and I’m doing all the normal things of clearing browser cache etc. I have tried with 2 hosting environments and same problem with both. Support for cloudways are blaming Varnish but I’ve disabled that and still have the same problem. I realise this may not strictly be a Kirby issue but was hoping someone would be able to help, perhaps through past experience. Tearing my hair out!

Thanks!

Opcache?

Thanks for reply. It was on 64 - i took it down to 1 (the lowest I can go) and site failed to load. Not going to lie, I had no idea what opcache was, so no idea what I’m doing. Is there a recommended setting?

No, in the troubleshooting guide we have this: Panel issues | Kirby CMS, relating to the Panel.
