PHP fatal error writing to Kirby Session

Does anyone have any idea of why this error occurred? Way beyond my knowledge. It’s not ongoing as far as I know – just happened the once – but it really messed up the site, leaving it with a duplicated content subfolder, one published and another partial copy of the same folder as a draft. This is the message from the cPanel error log… (Kirby 4.2.0, PHP 8.1)
