Panel error on login screen after moving to new server

Hi,

I can no longer log in to the panel after moving my website to a new server.

Logging in fails even though the credentials are correct. After refreshing the login page, I occasionally get this error saying ‘The panel cannot connect to the API’.

Already tried to solve by deleting site caching, sessions and ‘.logins’ file.

What could be going on?
