A client of our’s is running a rather extreme regiment, when it comes to protecting their websites.
The scenario is as follows:
The frontend is running on domain example.com.
The panel is running on subdomain.internal.com behind a firewall and other layers of protection.
We have activated the license for example.com, as one does.
Problem is: The panel cannot be aware of the activated license and the System view consequently shows Kirby as unregistered and also cannot display the expiration date of the license.
Is there anything we can do to make this work?
Guess the same @lukasbestle wrote in this thread: Activate license on Netlify (or non php server) applies here as well.
Thanks, Sonja.
But how do I add the internal domain, when the license has already been activated on the publicly accessible domain? The Domain field in the hub is disabled, as soon a license has been activated.
Please get in touch via email with the order number and the domains in question and we can generate a license file for the internal domain.
Many thanks, Lukas!
I will do that (as soon as the client has decided whether or not to move their license from their account to our’s, as I do not yet have access or even the order number).
