Kirby Plugin for Panel: Helpsection

I have seen (long time ago) a small Kirby Plugin for the Panel where some kind of documentation can be included. But my problem is I don’t find it in the Plugin Directory and I also don’t know a name.

Does anybody knows this? It looks very similar to the official Kirby reference site.
