I’m constantly pushing updates to my Kirby site via FTP.
Every time I update the site my Kirby license gets removed, forcing me to introduce it again.
Which files should I be sure not to overwrite in order for this to do not happen?

The .license file is stored inside the /site/config folder, so if you copy that folder over from local to remote, make sure you have that file in your local copy (or don’t copy it from local to remote).
