How to create category pages

Hi

I want to create category pages and detail pages. I want to make resource sharing website .

HTML Templates
Wireframes
PSD files

HTML Templates category will contain all pages mapped with this category. URL will be like this
https://websitename.com/resources/category/HTML+Templates
this category page will contain all HTML templates in Grid format.
Eeach product page will be clickable to its own landing page .

How I can create the category pages with pagination and
detail page with external links.

You can either create parent pages for each category, so that each resource is a subpages of the corresponding category.

Or you assign the category as a field value to each resource, and then use routes to filter the resources.
