How to add page instead of choosing existing one

Hi Kirby community,

I’ve created a blueprint template with these fields:

      pages:
        type: pages
        label: Einzelne Leistungen
        template: service

A “Service” template is there too, but when opening panel, I’m presented with a modal box for choosing existing pages instead of creating a new page with template “service”. It looks like this:

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the error I made about it. Can anyone help me about it? :slight_smile:

The issue is that you use a field instead of a section: Pages section | Kirby CMS

A pages field is a special kind of select field. See the Starterkit blueprints for examples. Or our example blueprints: Samples | Kirby CMS
