What do we prefer in Kirby blueprints? .yaml or .yml?
I use .yml, probably out of lazyness, less characters.

The “official” extension for YAML is .yaml
, while the standard length for file extensions is 3 characters. So I also always use .yml
. But since both are supported by Kirby, that’s up to you.

I use them randomly. But now I see this as two votes for .yml
so I’ll go for that.

I always cringe at file extensions with four characters. That’s why I prefer yml as well.

+1 for .yml (like the very old DOS format for file extensions!)

But then you would need to name your blueprints PROJEC~1.YML
. Good old times…
