I would like to create a portfolio page for some individual (my wife ;)). She has got two domains - com and pl (polish one). It will be a single installation but we want to make a redirection from one domain to another. Is a single Basic license ok?
If one domain redirects to the other, then yes, you need a single license only. If you require a Basic license or an Enterprise one, that depends on the total annual revenue of your wife (over 1 million Euro → Enterprise)
