Based on the feedback in the last few weeks, we have updated the Kirby End User License Agreement.
We made the following changes:
- Clarify that multi-domain multi-language installations only require one license per installation and not one license per domain.
- Add that theme and plugin demo sites (sites to showcase a Kirby theme or plugin with demo content) don’t require a license.
- Clarify that technical support for free licenses may be limited (don’t worry, we will still provide support for sites in development, this is just for extreme cases).
You can find the new terms of the license agreement on the Kirby website and the exact changes in the Git changeset on GitHub.
The new terms apply to all existing and new Kirby licenses with immediate effect.
