Stat section link to filtered file view?

on my site I got media library which has a stats section that lists how many photos have a specific category and the stats section permits a link attribute and I would like the link to show a filtered view of the photos with that category.

Is that possible?

I can’t see what url is being used when filtering so I’m a bit lost on how to solve it?

No, the section is filtered via a call to the api, eg. http://blabla.test/api/site/sections/albums?page=0&searchterm=tree, you cannot use that as a href attribute.
