Redirects stopped working

I have a feeling this problem might be with my webhost, but I wanted to throw it out here first.

I have some links that are redirects to external links. They’ve been working fine for years. I just found out that they are no longer working.

I ran Kirby’s debug and I get this

kirby Whoops\Exception\ErrorException PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library ‘/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20131226/eaccelerator.so’ - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20131226/eaccelerator.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I think you should contact your hosting provider, looks like they made some changes.
