Very simple site for an art collective that was pretty fun to design and build https://h-mew-rk.com/
Just finished a website for an online course for learning touch typing (10-Finger-Tastschreiben; only German).
It is built with Kirby as a headless CMS in the backend and a Vue.js frontend.
Hello there,
I am very happy that I completed and launched the first webshop I made with Kirby and Merx for a fashion label from Munich, Germany.
There is still some work that has to be done on the online shop, also some SEO and stuff like that, but I am super happy with the result so far.
Again, this project showed me that everything I could think of can be done with Kirby. And I like knowing where all the functionalities are exactly located in the code and having full control over it, so for me it was the perfect choice.

After years without more than a business card landing page for a personal site, I finally decided to design and develop something new. Of course I was going to use Kirby for that. As usual, thanks to @texnixe for helping me through it, even though I’m happy to say I needed a little less help this time around.
Hi folks,
launched in collaboration with Wacku the website of https://www.hygge-hamburg.de/. Already a while back but still good to show.
And here is another nice one in collab with Wacku.
It’s the website of one of Germany’s best ham manufacturers Basedahl: https://www.basedahl.de/.
We threw Shopify and Kirby together and came up with an outcome both pleasant to the eye & well-performing:
New website released, travel agency in Belgrade, Serbia
And this one a while back, Hippodrome website, the oldest sports facility in Belgrade
Yup, both built with Zero One (shameless promo).
I’m happy to launch my new Kirby 3 website: iolla.net.
Background information…
I’m running Kirby locally and exporting the generated site as static.
CSS (excluding separate dark mode) is under 30KB uncompressed. The entire site, including all media assets, weighs in at a touch over 5MB, though I can undoubtedly improve things greatly here with additional image optimisation.
I’ve received kind and knowledgeable assistance from forum members and have learned a lot in the process. Thank you.
I’ve had one or two facepalm moments - primarily due to my Kirby novice status - but mainly this has genuinely been the most fun I’ve ever had designing and building a website.
Hi
Audiovisual artist, I’ve just rebuild my website with the last Getkirby and the theme zerone from @mrfreedom
You can check it out here, any feedback will be appreciated.
Much love to all the community
Love this. I really like what you did with SVG masking.
The hard part wasn’t even the SVG masking, but rather the additional SVG color filter on image-hover. He had it all.
Thank you, @Silvio, the website looks great!
Hey ya’ll, I’ve just launched my new theme Erlega. It comes with pre-designed blocks and a page design system using Kirby’s blocks and layouts. Check out our pre-built demos.
Love it. Looks really great. I love how versatile it is. One thing, though. I would, before buying, love to be able to evaluate SEO and stuff. Maybe Screenshots of the respective parts of the panel might help.
Hi everyone!
With @pikselkraft, we redesigned and build the new website of Gauthier Roussilhe, a french researcher specialised in the environmental footprint of digitalisation. It is a space to share his articles and resources, mostly in French but also in English.
As always, we have paid particular attention to accessibility, performances, SEO and typography.
We used Kirby 3.7.2.1 and the Kirby Staticache plugin — which works like a charm — to craft a very lightweight and tracker-free website. The only javascript code we wrote is for desktop dynamic aside positioning of markdown generated footnotes on articles and resources pages.
If you are not familiar with Gauthier’s work, here is some good starting points in english:
- Explaining the environmental footprint of the digital sector
- Digital sustainability, the fog to come
Enjoy
Zero One theme has been updated with the largest update so far
Bundle of improvements, but the most prominent ones are:
New Layout builder
The biggest thanks go to the Kirby team for creating such a great product, which gives us so many possibilities New Zero One Layout Builder have a plethora of options along with our Column block which gives the additional power of a fine-grain layout design
And new demo
To showcase some of the new possibilities
The full list of changes is in the changelog.
