Kirby3-webp not replacing/deleting original file

Hi all! I’m using Felix Häberle ’ Convert JPG and PNG to WEBP plugin . I installed it, activated and it’s working. the only issue I’m having is that it’s not replacing/deleting the original file so I end up with duplicated images in the folder and the panel. Is there a step I’m missing?

What Kirby version are you using?

I suggest using the implemented thumbs option (thumbs | Kirby CMS) to generate webp files, leaving the original files untouched.
