Major upgrade

I’ve made some major changes to this repository:

  • New issue template, which makes it easier to submit a plugin.
  • New colors to all the labels. Hopefully they now say much more than just a random color.
  • New label prefixes like File, Has, License, State and Tag, Type, Version etc.
  • New readme that matches the changes. It also makes it easier to keep it updated because of the new way to use colors.
