Kirby 4 files field pagination doesn't work, but files section does

Pagination on my files field selector doesn’t work; I’ve specified “limit: 5” in my blueprint but the panel always displays everything without pagination. It works fine on the files section though. Maybe this is a bug?

This was brought up here and here in 2020 and suggested as a feature request, I’m wondering if it has been implemented now?

Right, there is a limit property, but this property paginates the items in the picker, not the selected items. So this is not a bug.
