Should Kirby 3.6.1.1 work with PHP 7.4.3 ?

I am getting the following error:

The Panel assets cannot be installed properly. Call to undefined function Kirby\Http\idn_to_ascii()

Forget it, Installing php intl package for 7.4.3 fixed it.
