I stupidly lost my Kirby panel username and password for my website (I am the only person with access to the panel). Is there anything I can do to reset it without messing up the website? I can still get into my cpanel thankfully…

If it is your only account in the accounts folder, you can remove the account from site/accounts. Then allow Panel installation on a remote server in your config (remove setting when ready) and open the Panel in your browser. That will allow you to create a new user account.
