Choose Kirby License based on annual closure

Hello,
I’m actually sit on a proposal for a customer and now I need to find out which license I have to calculate in the offer.
I have actually only the annual closure of this compeny and I want to know which point is now relevant for choosing the right license?

I can’t ask the customer how high was his profit last year.
How do it all the other people here?

Best

This data does not contain the annual revenue, let alone of the last year.

I think your best option is to add something like “plus license cost depending on annual revenue…” or to ask the prospective customers, or to leave it to them to obtain a license.

Your right this is than the only possibility I have.
But companies with a 1 Million revenue don’t want to have hustle with licensestuff.

One problem is really in the meantime the pricesystem of Kirby.
Because after three years I have to talk again with the customer and say pay the € 350 again.
Ist really hard to sell this again. On Statamic as example, you have only to say 1 Hour for my work and $ 65 for systemupdate. This is easier to sell.
With your pricesystem I shoot my self out of order. Because every company who had nearly a functional business have a revenue from over a 1 million a year.

And in the game as a freelancer it is a deadshot in the work with agencies. They have enough possibilities to serve websites without any systemcosts like Wordpress or Typo. They don’t care about the technology backend.

I would interesst how deal other freelancer this?

Statamic costs you $65,00 per year for updates. Kirby always includes 3 years of updates.

As far as I know, there is still an upgrade pricing option available. You don’t have to pay the full amount again.
