Exactly, the provider doesn’t allow php values to be changed on .htaccess, and because of that, of course, my changes are not reflected on phpinfo.
I was testing upload times and file sizes thoroughly when suddenly a “The file could not be moved” warning starting to pop up every time, no matter how small the file was. I guess something similar to this.
