Hello, Wanna manage some People on a site, so the persons has foto and some Text. Whats The beste way? Just use a Photo with Meta Data or is there a Better way?

If you don’t want to add these people as users, you can of course also create a page per person and then add information and text. It depends on your use case, what is the best way to go.
In the Starterkit, for example, the about page has team members as subpages of the about page: https://github.com/getkirby/starterkit/tree/master/content/3-about
