Block & file fields - Show thumbnail after renaming a file

Hello,

I have a custom block where I use a files field. And I use a hook to rename uploaded files from there.
The thumbnail and the rendering in the block are not updated instantly.
I saw on the forum that using files section instead of files field can solve the problem.

But I see that you can’t put sections in a block (or I’m wrong maybe !) ?

What would be the solution?

No, that’s true, sections cannot be used, they wouldn’t make sense in a block.

It is also not possible to reload the page from the hook.
