That is user customized presets other than the vanilla page, pages and files.
Custom blueprint presets don’t exist yet, although I think they were planned at one point in time or at least on the ideas list.
I personally find presets not that useful and prefer using reusable fields, field groups, sections, tabs, layouts or even entire blueprints.
