504 The JSON response of the API could not be parsed

Hi Kirby Gang,

we are experiencing an issue with the Kirby Panel (3.5.1).

The Server crashes with this error:

504 The JSON response of the API could not be parsed

The crashes occured when our client tried to rename a page. This happened on two distinct remote servers but never locally. Any ideas?

FWIW: PHP Version is 7.4.15
