Hi!
Website server is not found.
Could this be due to Kirby?
I’m new at our company and I don’t know the inner workings of the website.

Hi!
Website server is not found.
Could this be due to Kirby?
I’m new at our company and I don’t know the inner workings of the website.
Website URL: autoareena.com
I’d point my finger at someone not paying for the domain.
Or, you have a typo in your link: shouldn’t it be autoarena.com (one “e”)?
Nope, different company. I am from Finland, so that’s how you write arena in Finnish
And the Domain was my first thought, but I was told that’s not the problem.
But I don’t believe that, because the person who told me this understands nothing about computers…
Thanks!
I’ve looked at it again, and the domain seems to exist . I initially thought that it didn’t because that’s what the Chrome error DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
normally means.
But in this case, asking for a “whois” there’s actually a response. Therefore there probably is a problem with the nameserver configuration.
intoDNS: autoareena.com - check DNS server and mail server health says that some of your ns servers don’t respond.
there are definitely problems with the DNS configuration, somewhere
Thank you so much for helping. I will look at this.
Have you got any tips on how to get the servers going?
Thank you.

As @rasteiner already wrote: You have definitely a problem with your DNS provider - which might or might not be the same as your hosting provider. You or your predecessors must have registered the domain autoareena.com at some provider, hence you need to start investigating there if they are using the correct Nameserver entries. According to the whois query, this might be tucows.com or fiare.com but from outside this is hard to tell.
Yeah.
That’s what I am working on actually.
But thanks!
