Using Kirby in Dev UAT and Production

I am using Kirby in multiple environment like dev, uat and production.

There is a content team who make changes on Panel where we as developers make code changes as well as some changes,

Any conflict on content is very hard to solve.

What is the best way to keep these file architecture with git?

Content should be kept in a separate git repo in such cases.
