Thumbnail Dimensions

I was wondering if there is a way to fetch the dimensions of the page thumbnail.

You put

<?php echo $thumbnail->url() ?>

for the thumbnail itself.

Are there expressions for the width and height in pixels? If so, is it possible to get them only as a number without the „px“ at the end?
