Thumb: first resize, then crop

Does anyone have an idea to first resize an image (to get the right size) and then crop the image (to make a squared image) with Kirby?

An use case for that is for example to show logos in a squared format.

Well, the crop method actually already does that. It scales down the image to fit the shorter side and then crops from the center.

I know that this might not work directly in your situation, if your editors for instance rely on the simplicity of just using regular ol’ bitmap images for this stuff - but I tend to use SVGs for logos wherever I can.
