Starterkit 2.4 - font-size

Hello,

in the description of the lovely Starterkit (release of 2.4.0) it says the font-size is set to 24px:

‘…body font-size of 24px on desktop-sized viewports, the layout doesn’t feel lost-in-whitespace . The font-size goes down to 20px for smaller…’

It lookes like it - but - where is it defined !?

Its font shorthand. 1.5em means 1.5x 16px (browser default)= 24px
