I want to have different URLs for a same page with a slug field in my .txt file (I don’t use the panel). How can I do it?

You can add language specific slugs in your non-default content files, e.g. when default language is English and the folder name my-sun, in your default.it.txt
Title: O sole mio
----
Slug: o-sole-mio
----

No, it works out of the box. But since 3.6 only for non-default languages.
Which Kirby version are you using? Is the issue reproducible in a fresh Starterkit?
