Hello
Where would I store site wide information, such as social links, addresses, phone numbers etc?
I’d love to store it in Settings, but it seems that’s a redundant page unless I’m missing something. Any help is appreciated 
Site wide information usually goes into the $site object (site.txt), in the Panel represented through what you define in site.yml.
You can use tabs to separate different parts of that view (e.g. tab for the pages overview, tab for seo information, tab for menus etc.)
