Repeat a field an arbitrary number of times

Hey

Is it possible to set up a panel blueprint where a field would be repeated an arbitrary number of times? I have a sort of CV, and I want to be able to have multiple lines (i.e more added in the future), with a ‘year’ and ‘details’ for each line. Is this possible out of the box in the panel, or would it require a custom plugin with php and javascript?
