Recommendations on PHP for Dummies

A few months back @fabianmichael introduced me to kirby so I thought I’d give it a try.
Now, that I have almost finished my first website,
I’d like to say thank You for all the support I got through this forum and the great documentation!

However, since I’m just a “hobby”-programmer (the last time I was playing around with php was back in '07 with Dreamweaver CS3, stitching my code together with the Adobe Developer Toolbox),
I know, that the code of my current project could be optimized and organized tremendously.
I have missed (or rather skipped) a lot of the basics like (please don’t laugh) the MVC-Pattern,
what routing is, when and how to use and assign classes, what terms like methods mean, etc…
Though I got my code working, I want to begin over again, because I want to have a better understanding of what I’m doing there =)

There are for sure great resources for dummies on the web,
but maybe You guys have any good recommendations that You swear by.

There are already some suggestion here in the forum:

And some more from my list of sources:

Ok, thank You @texnixe!
Still felt the urge to say thanks =)

Some of these are not really for beginners but I’m sure you will find something that is right for you.
