Panel /Keep request

I’m having a strange issue with a custom panel field. Each time i click a checkbox in the custom field the panel is sending a request to /Keep. I’m assuming to store any changed til the page has been saved.

Is there anyway to disable this functionality?

There is no setting to disable this functionality. Why do you want to disable it? Your changes would then be gone if you upload an image etc. prior to saving.
