Panel error on programmable

Hi,
I try to use programmable blueprints to define better permission for an editor account.
But if I change the site blueprint to site.admin.yml I got the error Call to a member function title() on null:

What I’m doing wrong?

I tried also to create a unnecessary blueprint for the admin, but it solves the not the problem.

I have to move the blueprints into the pluginfolder and delete the normal blueprint.
