Offline Kirby Documentation

Hello!

I’m starting a two weeks period in a place where internet connexion is very patchy if present at all and I’m starting a kirby-based work.
I have everything rigged so I can work only on local ressources but I’m totally green on Kirby and so depend on having the documentation available pretty much at all times…

My question therefore : is there an offline version of the documentation (even not a really current one) somewhere that I could DL and use ?

Thanks in advance,

Almarenan

The Kirby website itself is on GitHub: https://github.com/getkirby/getkirby.com

Cool, mucho thanks.

And with that, I’m off to the back of beyond…

I’m sorry but I’m unable to get a local copy of kirby. I’m using a Mac and via Terminal I’m following all the instructions. I also updated xcode with xcode-select –-install but nothing… I’m still getting a lot of errors. Here the last part of the log:

npm ERR! code ELIFECYCLE
npm ERR! errno 1
npm ERR! node-sass@4.11.0 postinstall: `node scripts/build.js`
npm ERR! Exit status 1
npm ERR!
npm ERR! Failed at the node-sass@4.11.0 postinstall script.
npm ERR! This is probably not a problem with npm. There is likely additional logging output above.

Can you help me to know how could I miss and or tell me if there is a PDF or a downlodable copy of the Docs section?
Thank you

  1. Download or clone the repo
  2. Put the folder into your web root
  3. Point your local host to the www folder (or access at http://localhost/getkirby/www)

No, there is no PDF of the documentation.
