Kirby Update - Panel not found

I have just tried updating Kirby. I was on 3.8.x and downloaded the latest starterkit.

I deleted the existing Kirby folder and uploaded the starterkit ‘Kirby’ folder.
I deleted the existing Media folder.

Now when I go to /panel I get a 404 not found message?

Am I missing anything?

Have you made sure that all the files were correctly uploaded?

Do you get any errors in the browser console?

Somehow I deleted the .htaccess - Silly me
