Kirby does not work on the customer server at All-Inkl

Unfortunately Kirby does not work on the customer server at All-Inkl.
I get the following error message when opening the start page or the panel.

A Matomo installation worked and normal index.php files can be opened.
It runs PHP 8.1

Maybe the upload didn’t work correctly, try re-uploading.

It was due to the synchronization with the FTP program “Transmit”. In the log file were some messages that directories could not be created. With “Cyberduck” it worked like a charm.
Further success: Now also the Matomo plug-in works and shows data.
