Kirby admin page does not work in ionos hosting.
I inquired about this problem to Ionos first, but I got an answer from Kirby to solve it.
(For your information, I installed the latest kirby starter kit.)

What’s the problem?
Installing older versions has the same problem.

you might have to set the rewrite base to the subfolder in your .htaccess
