Hey everyone,
today is a big (pre-)release day ![]()
5.1.0-rc.1
With version 5.0.0, we reached a point where we just had to release it, even though there were quite a few more features we wanted to include. With version 5.1.0, many of the missing puzzle pieces have finally come together and are ready for testing. We are starting today with 5.1.0-rc.1, which has grown considerably larger than anticipated: https://github.com/getkirby/kirby/releases/tag/5.1.0-rc.1
During the pre-release phase we will try to resolve the last remaining issues. A stable release will follow in September.
If you get the chance to test the pre-release in a local or test environment, we would be very grateful for any last-minute feedback or bug reports.
This release is a free upgrade for all Kirby Basic and Enterprise license holders.
5.0.4
We are also releasing another small patch release to fix some remaining 5.0 issues: https://github.com/getkirby/kirby/releases/tag/5.0.4
