I’m running a pretty complex Kirby website on version 3.10.1 and PHP 8.2. It works fine so far, but the website will grow.
Is there any performance optimization boost in version 4 and the upcoming version 5, I’ll have to maybe consider?
k4 is a quiet a bit faster in the panel than k3.
i havent done extensive performants tests with k5-alpha releases yet but you can expect it to be as fast as k4.
if you point out where you are expecting/experiencing performance bottlenecks right now we might be able to help you regardless of the kirby version.
