Kirby 3 Migration Batch Rename Folders dash to underscore

I wonder how I can batch rename all folders, e.g.

1-home
2-stuff-with-dashes-also

to

1_home
2_stuff-with-dashes-also

as kirby3 expects?

I’m on a mac

bash or finder solutions, or a php regex are also welcome, I just cant figure it out, It’s about 800folders so I need to automate it

It worked, but it doesn’t work when content folder is symlinked, at least in my case, also just for reference
