Kirby 3.8.0 is here!

After three release candidates and ton of feedback, we are super excited that Kirby 3.8.0 is now finally here :rocket: https://getkirby.com/releases/3.8

We’ve spoilt all the surprises already, but you haven’t seen our shiny new release page yet :slightly_smiling_face:

I personally think that this release highlights very much how we would like to move forward with Kirby in the coming months and years. The combination of new features with a lot of care for architectural improvements and build quality, while keeping everything as compatible as possible. We are also pretty happy that we were able to get one of the most requested feature requests (UUIDs) finally completed. Thank you very much for your patience!

In good old tradition, we are also celebrating this release with a sale :shopping:
As always, sale discount also applies to volume packages. You can’t get a better deal than that.

Thank you to everyone who helped us get this release ready :yellow_heart:

I tried to install it via cli (kirby install:kit) and selected the starterkit. But that didn’t install all files, .htaccess was missing e.g. Perhaps there are other invisible files missing as well?

Please open an issue over at Issues · getkirby/cli · GitHub
