Keeping files between languages synced

Currently we have products with pictures as it’s own page. We also have multi-language enabled, having Eng as main, ES & DE as secondary.

The problem we’re encountering is that if we change the image in panel for English, the other languages keep the old filenames and are not synced. My question is - how do we make it so when images(files) are changed in one language, they are also updated for other languages?

In which context? In textarea fields? In files fields? You can make fields non-translatable with translate: false, which would help for files fields.
