I am not sure, but I think I have a problem with the .htaccess file. I have a webspace which is running a few websites in their folders. Now I copied a Kirby installation from my localhost into a test folder of a website. Like “domain.com/test”. Everything worked. After some changes, I wanted to launch the new Kirby website and copied it into the domain.com folder. I think I haven’t changed anything else but now there is just a blank page and Chrome tells me Error 500. Firefox doesn’t show anything.
There are two .htaccess files, one in the root folder with all the other websites and one in the folder where the Kirby website is stored. Which one is now the important one? I tried deleting one or the other, I tried with empty files, I tried with RewriteBase /folder and RewriteBase / but nothing worked. The website is hosted by DomainFactory.
