Hey there, I am sorting a structure, but Ä comes after Z, how to include german umlauts?

I actually think this is broken. After some research, I think that it seems to be a change in the toolkit collection class introduced in 2.4.1 that results in sorting not respecting umlauts.
I have noted this for 2.5.9. Just reverting the commit won’t lead to a proper result though, but I will try to find a better fix.
